With 15 years’ experience in primary education, Aysha has worked with children across the primary curriculum and taken on a variety of leadership roles along the way. More recently, Aysha has followed a passion for early years and is now dedicated to supporting little ones by leading our nursery's education and curriculum. Having also worked as an educational consultant and moderator in several London boroughs and beyond, Aysha brings a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding of how children learn best. Caring, approachable and deeply committed to giving children the very best start in life, Aysha combines professional expertise with a warm, nurturing approach.

With over 25 years’ experience in early years education and care, Naz brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our nursery. Throughout her career, Naz has managed and supported teams, developed high-quality learning environments, and built strong partnerships with families to ensure the very best outcomes for children. Passionate about creating nurturing, stimulating spaces where children feel safe, happy, and confident to explore, Naz leads with both professionalism and warmth. With decades of hands-on experience, she is dedicated to supporting every child’s unique journey and guiding our nursery team to deliver the highest standards of care and education.

Typical Daily Routine

This would represent a typical full day:

8:00 - 9:00. Greet parents - breakfast time. 9:00 - 10:00. Brush teeth + Free play. 10:00 - 10:30. Snack. 10:30 - 11:00. Free play and messy activities (some focused group work activities some age groups). 11:00 - 11:45. Group time, story and singing. 11:45 - 12:30. Lunchtime. 12:30 - 2:00. Sleep/ Quiet time/ going to the park. 2:00 - 2:15. Snack time. 2:15 - 3:30 Free play/ focused activities. 3:30 - 4:00. Tea Time. 4:00 - 4:30. Free play. 4:30 - 5:45. Calm time – story/book session - getting ready for home time. 6:00. pick up
